Primary areas of emphasis encompass emerging positions in drone operations, data analysis, and sustainability, whereas automation threatens traditional occupations like air traffic controllers and maintenance technicians. The study emphasizes the need for aviation professionals to adjust to these changes via ongoing education and developing new technical and soft skills.
