Abstract
Cancer-on-Chip
In article number 2401450, Maayke M. P. Kuijten and co-workers present the culture of duo-layers with cancer cells on one and endothelial cells (to mimic a blood vessel) on the other. These cells have been cultured under continuous flow on an injection-molded functionalized PDMS fluidic insert for the Micronit® system and demonstrates the suitability of the inserts for building relevant cancer models on chip.
