Abstract

We evaluated the MBT LipidART module on a MALDI Biotyper® Sirius System (Bruker Daltonics) for the rapid detection of colistin resistance in Escherichia coli (EC) and Klebsiella pneumoniae (KPN) by analysing lipid A profiles in negative ion mode.
