Abstract
Abstract: Blue rubber bleb nevus syndrome or Bean syndrome is a rare genetic disorder characterized by the presence of multiple venous hemangiomas, most commonly involving the skin and gastrointestinal tract, but which can also involve other organs as well. We present an interesting case of a 21-year-old woman with blue rubber bleb nevus syndrome and describe the findings of her 99mTc-labeled whole-body blood pool scintigraphy and SPECT/CT.
