After undergoing TIPS procedure one week later, chylous ascites gradually alleviated, including patients' weight decrease, abdominal circumference decrease, and serum albumin level maintenance. In the follow-up of 15.6 ± 11.6 months, all chylous ascites were relieved without recurrence. Abstract

To investigate the effectiveness of ethiodized oil lymphangiography and TIPS creation in cirrhosis-related chylous ascites, ten patients were included between January 2019 and December 2023.
