To find out new ideas for clinical practice, we reviewed the molecular pathogenesis of <i>K. pneumoniae</i>, discussed the biological functions and regulatory factors of CPS. Klebsiella pneumoniae is a common cause of antimicrobial-resistant opportunistic infections in hospitalized patients.
