Abstract
A base-promoted annulation reaction of oxime esters and isatins has been developed for the facile and rapid synthesis of spiroisoxazoline oxindoles. This method demonstrates high efficiency, enabling the synthesis of a variety of spiroisoxazoline oxindoles with good to high yields under simple and mild conditions.
