Abstract

Le cancer du pancréas est une pathologie grave dont l’incidence augmente. Les progrès de l’imagerie ont permis de mettre en évidence fortuitement de plus en plus de lésions pancréatiques kystiques dont certaines ont un potentiel évolutif malin, amenant à envisager une exérèse prophylactique. Les différentes lésions précancéreuses connues du pancréas ainsi que les recommandations actuelles de prise en charge sont ici revues.

Pancreatic cancer is a serious pathology whose incidence is increasing. Advances in imaging have made it possible to fortuitously highlight more and more cystic pancreatic lesions, some of which have a malignant potential, leading to the consideration of prophylactic excision. The various known precancerous lesions of the pancreas as well as current management recommendations are here reviewed.
