Abstract
In the work, as a result of numerical solution of the system of kinetic equations for beams of weakly relativistic positrons with angular dispersions and with Lorentz-factors (channeled along the c-axes in hexagonal crystals of Be, Mg, Sc, Ti, Co, Zn, Se, Y, Zr, Tc, Ru, Cd, Te, La) the populations of quantum levels of transverse energy were determined as functions of the longitudinal coordinate. Based on these data, the functions of radial profiles at different distances from the channel entrance were calculated and the dechanneling lengths were determined.
