Abstract
This study investigates the development of a novel PANI/AgBiSe₂ polymer nanocomposite designed for energy conversion and storage applications. The composite combines polyaniline (PANI), a conductive organic polymer, with AgBiSe₂, a thermoelectric material, to improve energy storage and conversion efficiency. This research highlights the potential of PANI/AgBiSe₂ nanocomposites to advance both energy storage and conversion technologies, contributing to the development of more sustainable and efficient energy systems. Characterization methods, including X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) confirm the structural properties of the prepared polymeric nanocomposite. Dielectric study confirms better dielectric constant with ultra-low dielectric loss value of 0.44 and electrochemical analysis, reveal the material's maximum specific capacitance upto 24 F/g. Moreover, the thermoelectric study reveals good thermoelectric properties of the prepared polymeric system confirms the promising role of PANI/AgBiSe₂ composites in the field of multifunctional materials for energy applications.
