Abstract
A 76-year-old female patient with a previous Mitraclip implant presented with worsening heart failure signs and symptoms. Moderate to severe Mitral regurgitation and severe Tricuspid regurgitation was diagnosed. We present a case of combined redo Mitraclip and Triclip transcatheter edge-to-edge repair using Triclip guide catheter for both procedures. Such strategy can reduce time and cost of these interventions.
