Application of Eosin Y as a Probe for Spectroscopic Determination of Aripiprazole in Human Plasma

The spectrofluorimetric method measured the fluorescence emission of the formed complex at 545 nm upon excitation at 255 nm. This method exhibited a good linear range from 0.1 to 2.0 μg mL<sup>−1</sup> with detection and quantification limits of 0.03 and 0.09 μg mL<sup>−1</sup>, respectively. The developed techniques offer several benefits, such as simplicity, cost-effectiveness, and high sensitivity. The proposed methods were validated in accordance with ICH guidelines, permitting precise analysis of the studied drug in its tablets and spiked human plasma samples with a high percent recovery.
