Abstract
Introduction
During the academic year 2017–2018, an innovative mentoring program began to be developed in a clinical environment between two groups of students (3rd year compulsory participation and 6th year voluntary participation) and teaching staff, in the healthcare centers of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences of the University of Alcalá.
