Abstract
A novel microenvironment-responsive drug co-delivery system leverages acylalkynyl–hydroxyl click polymerization to incorporate diverse drug molecules with hydroxyl groups. This innovative polyprodrug approach enables precise drug grafting and selective tumor microenvironment degradation, facilitating targeted combination therapy.
