Determination of arsenic speciation of arsenic in squid and its human consumption risk.

The levels of inorganic arsenic were below the standard, and no potential health risks were identified. Therefore, the application of total arsenic in our previous study to assess health risks may be biased. Abstract

Arsenic species were quantified to further explore the biotransformation of arsenic and better explain the potential health risks.
