Potential liability is lurking around almost every corner in today's litigation-filled world of college athletics, particularly with respect to injuries or medical conditions that arise during practices and competitions. As a result, the early identification of, immediate response to, and proper treatment of those injuries and conditions are a constant and never-ending challenge for coaches and medical staff.
