Abstract

As administrators at colleges and universities, we face a seemingly endless stream of daily tasks. We approve budgets and timesheets. We attend and lead meetings. We read and respond to emails, texts, and phone calls. We supervise, encourage, congratulate, and mentor, and we make decisions on how to allocate funds, assign duties, and interpret policies.
