The highest dose (50 mg/kg) effectively reduced LH and testosterone while increasing progesterone and estradiol levels (p &lt; 0.05), nearing those of the healthy controls. The 25 mg/kg dose also showed considerable improvement in hormone balance, whereas the 12.5 mg/kg dose had a moderate effect. FSH levels were notably reduced in both 50 mg/kg and 25 mg/kg groups, suggesting a dose-dependent response to NBS treatment.</div></div><div><h3>Conclusion</h3><div>NBS supplementation successfully ameliorated hormonal imbalances in a PCOS rat model, demonstrating its potential as a natural therapeutic option for managing PCOS. Abstract

Background
