Abstract
Areolar Sebaceous Hyperplasia (ASH) consists of enlarged Montgomery tubercles, skin-colored papules in the peripheral border of the areola, formed by the openings of the ducts of Montgomery's glands. Treatment options are only briefly discussed in literature as it is mostly presented as asymptomatic or paucisymptomatic. However, this traditional standpoint does not take into consideration the psychological impact that it may have on the patient. We present a case of prominent Montgomery tubercles treated with CO2 laser with good response.
