Among them, meroterpenoids <strong>1</strong>, <strong>3</strong>, <strong>4</strong>, <strong>6</strong>, and <strong>7</strong> possessed an independent isoprenyl unit with varying degrees of oxidation. The structures and absolute configurations of these substances were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data, ECD and DP4+ calculations. Abstract
Six undescribed trichophthalides A−F (1–6) and a known phthalide derivative (7) were isolated from Ganoderma lucidum-derived endophytic Trichoderma sp. GLQ02. Among them, meroterpenoids 1, 3, 4, 6, and 7 possessed an independent isoprenyl unit with varying degrees of oxidation. The structures and absolute configurations of these substances were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data, ECD and DP4+ calculations. Finally, compounds 1, 5, and 7 exhibited relatively weak abilities to inhibit the production of NO in LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7cells at a concentration of 60 μM.
