As for the binary logistic regression, only the Relational and Moral domain showed significance (p-value < 0.0001), indicating that when this domain is present, there is a 5.48-fold increase in the chance of professors being satisfied.</p><p><p>the results of the study indicate that the job satisfaction of professors in undergraduate nursing courses is influenced by the practice of authentic leadership on the part of the coordinators.</p><p><strong>Background: </strong>(1) Advances in the practice of authentic leadership in educational management.
