In this paper, based on the time stage, text mining technology and visualization are used to conduct an in-depth analysis of (2016–2023) Year China's agricultural cold chain logistics policy. Under the configuration of the Python 3.7 environment, a total of 21 theme words were extracted from three-time stages by (LDA), and the importance of each theme was visualized and analyzed using Enriched Difference and Chord Diagrams (ECD), to explore the evolutionary trend of the policies at different stages. It is found that at various stages of the development of cold chain logistics for agricultural products, the content of policies ranges from enterprise operation to industry construction to government assistance, and the nature of policies is gradually systematized and standardized.
