The dispersion showed non-Newtonian and pseudo-plastic behaviour and experimental data well fitted with Carreau-Yasuda model. The gum acacia with sugar NADES dispersions exhibited high zero share viscosity and relaxation time. Abstract

The present study discussed the structure-function relationships of gum acacia and natural deep eutectic solvents (NADES) through interactive effects on physical, chemical, and rheological properties.
