The data collected from the survey were then statistically analyzed using the partial least square-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) method.</p>\n </section>\n \n <section>\n \n <h3> Conclusions</h3>\n \n <p>The analysis of the data made it possible to conclude that there are direct negative effects of stress on performance and direct positive effects of motivation on performance. Abstract
Background
