The paper has made a significant contribution by addressing gaps in existing theories and establishing connections between innovative leadership, human-robot collaboration, and specific aspects of resilience, particularly planned resilience. Outcomes revealed planned resilience as a mediator implies a long-term perspective on sustainability. Abstract
