However, a critical assessment of existing research reveals methodological flaws, hindering specific recommendations.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>This perspective advocates for comprehensive research to evaluate the risks and benefits of CPLE as a potential remedy for thrombocytopenia associated with dengue fever.
