Serum steroid hormone concentrations and the expression of ovarian steroid hormone receptor were disturbed. We found that as MPs exposure concentration increased, thickness of the endometrial glandular epithelial layer and the number of endometrial glands decreased; the number of primordial follicles decreased, while the numbers of primary and secondary oocytes significantly increased, indicating a potential oocyte overactivation.
