Clear, consistent communication and integrating vaccinations into routine antenatal care were identified as essential for improving accessibility and convenience. The critical role of midwives influencing vaccination decisions was emphasised. Abstract

Vaccination during pregnancy is crucial due to increased maternal vulnerability to infectious diseases.
