Geographical Distribution and Risk of Antibiotic Resistance Genes in Sludge Anaerobic Digestion Process across China

The risk scores of AD samples were in middle of domestic and hospital wastewater. Risk scores were significantly higher in the north. Besides, the proportion of Rank I and Rank II ARGs was also higher in north, which explained the regional difference of ARG composition in a micro-perspective.
