[Study of the features of perchlozon isolation from biological fluids for the purposes of chemico-toxicological analysis].

Abstract

The study objective: Is to develop a methodology for extraction, identification and quantification of perchlozon from biological fluids for the purposes of chemico-toxicological analysis. The article describes the selection of optimal conditions for sample preparation, allowing to extract the perchlozon most effectively. The methodology is tested on model mixtures of biological fluids (urine, saliva, blood plasma). Identification and quantification were performed using UV spectrophotometry and high-performance liquid chromatography.
