Speech, swallowing, chewing, other parameters, and oncological outcomes were assessed.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>The reversed flow group has high complications. In the antegrade SIF group, all flaps survived. One developed marginal flap necrosis that healed spontaneously. Abstract
