If servant leadership leads to happier and more qualified employees, why doesn’t it help with retention — and is it ultimately costing companies more than it's worth? That's the question a new study, published in the Journal of Leadership and Organizational Studies, aimed to answer, as it looked at high turnover rates among those organizations that used servant leadership strategy.
