Abstract

Novel Cryogel Therapy for Articular Cartilage Regeneration

In article number 2400462, Shan-hui Hsu and co-workers present an innovative therapy using an acellular trilayer drug-loaded cryogel, featuring syringe needle injectability, to repair the osteochondral defect of joint cartilage. The cryogel technology combining scalp acupuncture intended to recruit stem cells shows synergistic immunomodulation and regeneration effects to promote joint cartilage repair.
