Abstract

Tumor Vaccine

In article 2401199, Heng Dong, Zhaogang Teng, Yongbin Mou, and co-workers design novel flexible nanocapsules for tumor immunotherapy that mimic extracellular vesicles. Comprising complete active ingredients, these nanocapsules enhance antigen uptake by dendritic cells and elicit robust antitumor immune responses, potentially optimizing therapeutic tumor vaccination strategies.
