Abstract
The constructive chemical combination of iridium(III) complexes and C60 moiety endows Ir-C601 with dual reactive oxygen species (ROS) regulation abilities and promising antitumor photo-immunotherapeutic activities. In the dark, Ir-C601 serves as ROS scavengers to reverse dysfunctional T cells. Upon photo irradiation, Ir-C601 can produce various ROS and oxidize tubulin to exert efficient photo-immunotherapeutic effects through multiple antitumor pathways (e623).
