Abstract

The article describes a statistical analysis technique for information infrastructure performance based on processes modeling and simulation in an event-driven process methodology notation. The concepts of sustainability and survivability of the information infrastructure are introduced. A definition of marginal performance is proposed that allows the information infrastructure to be in a stable state.
