Abstract
This article is devoted to a system solution for the integration and automation of production management of an industrial enterprise, expanding the space of its adjustable parameters and accelerating the response to current production events. The analysis and development of the architecture of an integrated information system providing integrated operational management was carried out in the conditions of the industrial revolution “Industry 4.0.” The objects, processes, and relations of production were studied in relation to other functional areas of the enterprise, from the point of view of both economic content and management and the logical structure of the information system.
