异位妊娠是一种罕见而危险的临床情况,指同时发生两次妊娠,但着床部位不同,一次在子宫内,另一次在子宫外,通常在输卵管内。由于这种类型的妊娠有异位妊娠破裂的危险,其早期诊断可以预防这些患者的死亡。人工智能方法的使用可以为异位妊娠的预测和诊断创造一个合理的策略。本研究的目的是评估人工智能预测异位妊娠的方法。检索策略:本研究通过对PubMed、Web of Science、Science Direct、谷歌Scholar等可靠数据库进行系统综述和检索。对“异位妊娠”、“人工智能”、“预测”、“诊断”等关键词进行了相关研究。使用人工智能方法预测异位妊娠的英语研究符合纳入标准。题目和摘要是根据资格标准独立筛选的。然后对文章全文进行独立评估。数据提取阶段使用相同的表格,包括研究标题、出版年份、参与者人数、研究目标和研究的主要发现。结果:共纳入文献508篇,阅读全文后纳入相关文献6篇。人工智能可以通过对医疗数据的分析,识别妊娠并发症的模式,帮助医生更好地识别异位妊娠的症状。使用机器学习算法,人工智能系统可以帮助分析妊娠体征和症状,找到进展模式,并通过预测和预防异位妊娠并发症来帮助改善妊娠结局。结论与讨论:本研究结果表明,人工智能算法可以帮助医生在早期诊断异位妊娠的体征和症状,并对其进行适当的管理。该方法可显著提高妊娠并发症尤其是异位妊娠的预测和诊断。
