Abstract

Reflective writing is a crucial tool for nursing students, enabling them to analyze professional situations in greater depth. Under the supervision of their trainers, students can initiate in-depth reflection, develop their communication skills and transform their internship experiences into objectified knowledge. What's more, their involvement in this writing exercise helps them to develop resilience and research skills.
