Dysregulated C-miRNAs emerge as important players in the progression of several reproductive disorders which is the main focus of this review. Advancements in technology, facilitate precise detection and quantification of C-miRNAs, paving the way for innovative diagnostic approaches. Challenges in studying C-miRNAs, such as their low abundance and variability in expression levels, underscore the need for standardized protocols and rigorous validation methods.
