Abstract

Thirty monoclonal anti-Rhesus antibodies were tested : 21 anti-D, 4 anti-E, 4 anti-e and 1 anti-c, ragarding their specificity, avidity, intensity, titer and score. Their type, mode and mean were determined by flow cytometry assay.

Then, we tried to determine if the anti-D could adequately dtect Du samples and also studied their behaviour with 13 partial and 2 depleted D antigens.
