The decreased energy difference between the partner bands, the enhanced <span>\\(B(E2)_{out}\\)</span>/<span>\\(B(E2)_{in}\\)</span> values, the angular momentum components and the azimuthal plots indicate that <span>\\(^{81}\\)</span>Rb can be transverse wobbling candidate.
