The influences of hydrochloric acid concentration and temperature on the leaching of germanium concentrate have been examined. When the initial hydrochloric acid concentration was 6 mol/L, the liquid-solid mass ratio was 7:1, and the leaching was carried out at 343 K for 50 min, the leaching efficiency of germanium in germanium concentrate was the best, reaching 92.51%. The reaction process of hydrochloric acid leaching of germanium concentrate is in accordance with the contraction nucleus model. The hydrochloric acid leaching reaction of germanium concentrate was controlled by both chemical reaction and diffusion rate.
