A comprehensive search strategy was applied using key terms \"cardiac rehabilitation\" and \"myocardial infarction,\" encompassing a variety of study designs.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>CR significantly improves cardiovascular outcomes in AMI patients, yet faces challenges including low participation rates and adherence issues. Innovative strategies, such as home-based rehabilitation and digital health interventions, have shown potential in enhancing patient engagement and outcomes.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>CR is vital for AMI recovery but requires strategies to improve participation and adherence. Future research should focus on optimizing CR strategies to better serve the heart disease patient population. Abstract
