In this work, the Operational Plan for Health Security in Medical Units of the IMSS (POSSUM IMSS) is disclosed, all the Licenses in all Third Level Care hospitals, whose objective was to comply with the instructions of the General Directorate (DG). on February 2, 2023, within the framework of the Safe Hospital program, to process 100% of Licenses in High Specialty Medical Units (UMAE). After its implementation, on November 10, 2023, the entire UMAE reached 100% Global Compliance in Licenses.
