Abstract

Histological transformation from lung adenocarcinoma (ADC) to small cell lung carcinoma (SCLC), large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma (LCNEC), squamous cell carcinoma (SCC), and sarcomatoid carcinoma (PSC) after targeted therapies is recognized as a mechanism of resistance in ADC treatments.
