Out of the 141 raccoons collected, seven (5%) tested quantitative PCR positive, targeting <i>lfb1</i> gene, based on kidney, lung, and urine samples. Phylogenetic analysis revealed the presence of three different <i>L. interrogans</i> clusters. Abstract
