Key challenges include vaccine hesitancy, driven by misinformation and cultural misconceptions and ongoing violence against vaccination workers. While upcoming campaigns aim to vaccinate 45 million children, addressing these challenges requires more than immunisation drives. Strengthened community engagement, enhanced surveillance, and improved security for healthcare workers are critical.
