Combination therapy of dexamethasone, rituximab, and cyclosporine for adults with primary immune thrombocytopenia: a prospective observational study.

The early response rates at weeks 1 and 4 were 82.1% (23/28 patients) and 71.4% (20/28 patients), respectively. The 1-, 3-, and 6-month response rates were 71.4% (20/28), 67.9% (19/28), and 75% (21/28). The treatment-free survival rates at 12 and 24 months were 82.35% (14/17) and 71.43% (10/14), respectively.
