Abstract

Purposes: To evaluate whether mandibular advancement device therapy is recommended in patients affected by obstructive sleep apnea.

Methods: In order to predict oral appliances therapy response, drug induced sleep endoscopy with cardio-respiratory polygraphy and mandibular advancement device simulator was carried out.
